some new apartments can be cold and boring. Ideas for this high rise by the Bay Bridge were to bring in texture and warmth with velvets, natural elements like wood and leather and pop of color and pattern for some interest. I know, it sounds pretty straight forward, but it’s the placement that made the difference.
